Fidelity Warranty Services, Inc. (FWS), a subsidiary of JM&A, is looking for Road Hazard Claims Specialists to join our growing customer contact team. As a Road Hazard Claims Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining our reputation of honesty, fairness, and excellence by providing exceptional customer service and analyzing and processing Road Hazard and Maintenance claims in a fast-paced Contact Center environment. Responsibilities: You will be part of a team that reviews, investigates, and authorizes Road Hazard and Maintenance claims based on a wide range of established contract guidelines. You will be communicating via telephone and email with retail and wholesale customers, repair facilities, and non-related parties to resolve and process Road Hazard and Maintenance claims; answering customer and dealership questions relating to contract coverages. You will be utilizing a variety of technology and communication tools to process claims, review policies and procedures, and retrieve documents. You will be working remotely or have a hybrid schedule (both in-office/work from home) if local to one of our offices in Deerfield Beach, FL or St. Louis, MO Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Excellent customer service skills, including strong verbal and written communication and the ability to use influence, negotiate, problem solve, and provide resolutions to handle claims. Proficient use of technology and communication tools including Microsoft and web-based applications, email, instant message, and meeting platforms. Strong problem-solving, evaluation, and time management skills. Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.
