Job Description: The Role As the Senior Program Manager on the Integrated Client Delivery team, you are a highly motivated and dedicated leader. This role is pivotal in leading a portfolio of work focused on process improvements and creating efficiencies across Client Delivery. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-learner who thrives in dynamic environments and excels at writing and maintaining documentation. Key Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Responsible for a diverse portfolio of projects aimed at enhancing process efficiencies and driving continuous improvement within Client Delivery. Process Improvement: Identify, analyze, and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows and enhance Client Delivery. Documentation: Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and project plans. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operational and IT departments, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on project performance metrics, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. The Expertise and Skills You Bring Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred with 5 years’ experience or Masters with 3 years of experience. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with which you influence decisions and engage across Fidelity and at all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools and software. Continuous improvement approach and encourage automation and forward thinking. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Possess experienced knowledge in the end-to-end process of Fidelity Client Delivery Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive. Strong attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments. Excellent organizational and time management skills. The Team You will work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals dedicated to improving Client Delivery. The team includes project and program managers, business analysts, and configuration analysts aligned to Integrated Client Delivery.
