Assistant Property Manager at The 50Twenty Apartments

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FRED’s lease renewal process and community retention initiatives through ongoing relationship management and organizing resident events.
- Manage the lease process including leasing, application assistance, screening, lease preparation, and move ins with accuracy ensuring resident satisfaction and meeting target occupancy levels.
- Oversee delinquencies and initiate the eviction process when necessary, maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations to maintain financial balance of the property.
- Play a key role in accounting and financial matters, e.g. collecting rent, posting payments, uploading invoices, and updating monthly financial statements.
- Assist with social media and other marketing campaigns, contributing to our property's visibility and reputation.
General Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management, sales, banking, teaching, or hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
- Experience with property management software preferred.
- Adaptability to the understanding that no two days are alike. Being ready for anything.
- Adhere to fair housing laws, OSHA/Safety regulations, and company policies (training provided).
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license with good driving record, and auto insurance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate how fantastic it is to live at one of FRED’s properties.
Schedule:
Full-time hours with availability between 9am-6pm, including weekends as needed.
