Fiducient Advisors seeks a Consulting Analytics Intern to join our team.This individual is responsible for a variety of responsibilities and projects that will allow them to enhance their knowledge in the financial services industry.
Responsibilities (or Project Work):
- Play a key role in organizing investment vehicle profiles in Fiducient’s CRM system as part of the team’s anticipated Spark challenge for 2025. This project will build the intern’s knowledge base of various investment vehicles and how various systems leverage the CRM and how the team evaluates options for suitability in client portfolios.
- Collaborate with data and technology under the guidance of team manager and lead of Spark challenge project to streamline evaluation of share class data points and client eligibility across custodians and recordkeepers.
- Evaluate, and compare custodian profiles across client base to assess service capabilities and delivery across vendors serving institutional clients.
- Pair up with Senior Consulting Analyst to shadow a new client onboarding project to include general analysis that supports the portfolio diagnostic.

- Rising senior
- Finance, Business, or Economics degree required
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Problem solving skillset, paired with the ability to pivot
- General enthusiasm about investments / the financial services industry
- Strong Excel skills

Work Environment:
- This role works in a professional office environment located in Windsor, CT, or Chicago, IL
- The role is in-person three days a week and remote two days per week.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.
The hourly rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual hourly rate offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
