Performance Analytics Intern

Fiducient Advisors provides tailored and personalized investment consulting services to clients such as retirement plan sponsors, endowments and foundations, private clients, and financial institutions. Fiducient Advisors seeks a Performance Analytics Intern to join our team. This individual is responsible for a variety of responsibilities and projects that will allow them to enhance their knowledge in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities (or Project Work):

• Aid with new client onboarding in Fiducient’s performance systems
• Data inputting and maintenance in Fiducient’s performance systems
• Participate in learning opportunities with Performance team leaders
• Assist with data maintenance of Fiducient’s CRM system
• Leverage Excel to reconcile Fiducient performance data
• Other ad-hoc project work

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Preferably a rising senior
• Finance, Business, or Economics major required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Problem solving skillset, paired with the ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• General enthusiasm about investments / the financial services industry
• Proficiency using Microsoft suite products, especially Microsoft Excel

Travel Requirements:

There is no travel expected for this role

Work Environment:

• This role works in a professional office environment located in Windsor, CT, or Chicago, IL
• The role is in-person three days a week and remote two days per week
• This role routinely uses standard office equipment

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 – $25.00 per hour.

The hourly rate offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual hourly rate offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
