Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning countertops, and disposing of waste.
- Provide excellent guest service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Assist with food preparation as necessary, ensuring that all culinary offerings meet quality standards.
- Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance the guest experience while maximizing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area.
- Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, reporting any shortages to management promptly.
Skills
