General Summary: Field Club of Omaha is seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This part-time role is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about storytelling, content creation, and social media to showcase the culture, events, and amenities of our club. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in engaging our community, creatively growing our online presence, and enhancing our brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
-Develop, design, and produce engaging visual and written content (photos, videos, graphics, and captions) for social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok and LinkedIn.
-Capture high-quality photos and videos during club events, activities, and daily operations.
- Edit videos and images to align with brand standards.
2. Social Media Management:
-Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across all social media platforms.
-Monitor, engage, and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
-Maintain a cohesive brand voice and aesthetic across all channels.
3. Strategy & Analytics:
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.
-Collaborate and maintain a consistent Content Calendar with the marketing team.
-Track and analyze social media metrics to assess content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
-Stay up to date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to implement innovative strategies.
4. Collaboration:
-Work closely with internal teams to highlight club events, programs, and member experiences.
-Coordinate with the marketing and events team to align social media efforts with overall promotional strategies.
5. Creative Problem-Solving:
-Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas to showcase the club’s unique offerings and enhance engagement.
-Address and resolve challenges related to content production and audience engagement.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience in social media content creation, management, and analytics.
-Strong creative skills with proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools).
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
-Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.
-Photography and videography skills are highly desirable.
-Enthusiastic about creating compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
-Prior experience in hospitality, events, or a similar industry is a plus.
Work Environment & Schedule:
-Flexible schedule, with frequent evenings and weekends required to cover events.
-Work performed on-site at Field Club of Omaha
Education:
-High School Diploma
-Working towards a college degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or Visual Arts is a plus, but not required.
