ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES: Essential duties and tasks that must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Practices, supports, and maintains the Mission, Vision and Values of WarHorse Gaming, LLC.• Manages WarHorse Gaming, LLC., and WarHorse Casino social pages and profiles. • Builds and executes social media strategy through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.• Writes, develops, and strategizes online content production and scheduling. Maintains knowledgeable of current social media trends and best practices.• Generates, edits, publishes, and shares content that maximizes positive engagement daily.• Assists with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications by working closely with necessary departments and public relations.• Moderates user-generated and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies.• Creates and implements social media marketing plan and content calendar.• Works with departments across the organization to identify, develop and execute opportunities for social media content and messaging. • Creates, tracks, and analyzes analytic reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics and effectiveness.• Develop and create monthly reporting to be shred with internal team members, to include analytics and competitor research.• Assists in creating and scheduling digital assets and signage, as necessary.• Leads and manages multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities to ensure timely completion. • Performs other tasks as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:Education, experience, skills required, equipment used.• Must be 21 years or older.• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field; or equivalent experience preferred.• Two (2) years’ experience leading social media programs by developing and implementing social strategies for a large gaming or hospitality company. • Advanced knowledge and skill using business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) • Proficient with Microsoft office Suite or related software; and social media metrics.• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.• Strong written communications and creative writing skills.• Having experience with photography, whether using a smartphone or a traditional camera, is a plus.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.
WORK HOURS: Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
