Treasury Management SpecialistFind out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.DEPARTMENT : Deposit AdministrationREPORTS TO : Director of Deposit Administration, First VPSUPERVISES : NoneFLSA : Non-ExemptSTATUS : Full TimeEEO Classification : 5 Administrative Support WorkerJOB GRADE : GHOURS : Regular full-time 40 hours.SUMMARY : The primary function is to support product development, delivery, process, and performance regarding all deposit products, specifically commercial customers utilizing treasury management services at Field and Main Bank. The specialist will be in direct contact with existing, new, and prospective customers. The focus will center around small business and commercial deposits, along with non-profit deposits, and governmental deposit opportunities. This position must provide appropriate consultative solutions and be pro-active in servicing and maintaining positive working relationships with treasury management, lenders, clients, and prospects. This position will also support deposit administration duties such as : wire transfers, ACH transactions, electronic services, and return items.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE : Required : High School Graduate or the equivalent with post-secondary education (i.e. college courses or business school courses, AIB courses) or demonstrated equivalent in work experienceDesired : Associates degree in business-related field or Retail Banking SchoolAttend and complete Field & Main University coursesMinimum of three (3) years' experience working in Treasury Management environment preferredESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES : Promotes excellent customer service, by consistently providing customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to always help.Maintains a well-developed working knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered through Field &Main.Participates in on-going and intense training programs in sales, service, and products to continually enhance skills and knowledge to understand the customers' needs and convert service opportunities into sales events.Manages client calls and contacts and meets all assigned goals.Understands our competitors' environment, capabilities, and gaps to effectively position Field & Main Bank's services for success.Knowledgeable in all aspects of fraud prevention and detection regarding all electronic services provided by the bank.Treasury ManagementProvides support to Treasury Management and Business Development Officer.Assists Treasury Management clients with product training and product demonstrations as needed.Provides general support to clients and employees for all Treasury Management services.Prepares Treasury Management agreements based on application and credit approval for ACH, Wire, Positive Pay, and Sweeps and sends to account officer for proofing and approval.Sends approved agreements to client for e-signature, preferred method.Opens and maintains commercial accounts for treasury management customers.Onboards Treasury Management clients with products and services.Sets-up Treasury Management users with appropriate access for all products.Assists with periodic risk reviews of ACH originators.Prepares monthly reports to monitor ACH and RDC activity.Assists with annual RDC client certifications.Administers and logs temporary limit increases for ACH originators.Administers and logs temporary limit increases for RDC.Merges Positive Pay exception items daily.Assists users with soft token access.Deposit AdministrationPerforms wire duties for Treasury Management clients as well as servicing other wire requests as needed.Serves as back-up for processing pre-origination ACHs / merge ACHs.OtherReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Lives and represents the Field & Main culture and brand.Other duties as assigned.COMPETENCIES : To be successful in this position, an individual should possess and demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.COMPUTER SKILLS - Strong working knowledge of computer functions and general office programs, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
