HOURS: Regular full-time 40 hours
SUMMARY: Primarily responsible for developing new business, expanding existing relationships, and fostering organic growth to increase assets under management and fee revenue. Utilizing our proprietary PROSPER platform to provide clients and prospects with comprehensive and personalized financial planning to tailor recommendations to assist with various aspects of their financial lives, including investment management, tax strategies, and retirement and estate planning. Continuously monitor client portfolios and market trends to provide timely and relevant advice. Ensure effective management and retention of existing relationships by adhering to our established Minimum Servicing Standards. Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to embrace and achieve the shared values and goals of the team.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of financial industry experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and client acquisition.
  • General understanding of financial markets, investment products, and tax strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused service.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and other relevant tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their financial needs, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Develop customized wealth management plans that encompass investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, tax optimization, and risk management.
  • Implement investment strategies based on thorough research and analysis of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products.
  • Monitor and review clients' portfolios regularly to ensure alignment with their goals and make adjustments as needed.
  • Provide ongoing financial guidance and support to clients, addressing any concerns or changes in their financial circumstances.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as tax advisors and estate planning attorneys, to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously enhance expertise and service offerings.
  • Willingness to contribute to team objectives, while building trust and promoting positive team and organizational culture.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Proficient with entire Microsoft Office suite with strong ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, and other presentation materials from general sources.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively seek additional duties as time allows.
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to proofread and edit documents.
  • Must have above average mathematical and accounting skills.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.

ADA REQUIREMENTS: Work is performed in an open office setting; one must be able to concentrate and perform work in an area that will likely result in the interruptions of one's duties. Ability to lift items weighing 20-50 lbs.
