The Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting and optimizing the revenue operations strategy. This position involves analyzing marketing, sales, and customer success performance data, and providing actionable insights to drive growth and operational efficiency across these key teams. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, capacity to adapt, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes.
\n- Provide regular reporting on Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leading indicators with timeliness and 100% accuracy.
- Analyze revenue performance metrics, identify trends, and deliver insights to support sales, marketing, and customer success strategies.
- Capture full-funnel Lead-to-Opportunity metrics with advice on areas we can adjust to hit sales targets.
- Collaborate with leadership to define and track KPIs, setting clear objectives for revenue growth.
- Partner with RevOps Leadership to streamline and improve internal processes for lead management, sales pipeline tracking, and customer retention.
- Ensure data integrity across various platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and perform regular data quality checks.
- Assist in the creation of Salesforce dashboards and reports to help monitor and optimize revenue generation efforts.
- Review monthly commission payout and report on payout vs performance to ensure commission plans are driving the right behavior.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, FP&A, revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau).
- Experience in creating and maintaining sales forecasts and performance reports in Excel, Salesforce, or Tableau.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Ability to work with large data sets, perform data analysis, and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with presenting analyses with strong conclusions and recommendations.
