Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department and support our organizational goals. Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Manage employee evaluation processes to ensure performance standards are met and provide feedback for improvement.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with Paychex
- Develop strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth and employee engagement.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards and promote a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
- Conduct regular training sessions on HR policies, workplace safety, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of employee information, contracts, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management within an HR context.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex information effectively.
- Familiarity with recruiting processes and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Experience with PeopleSoft or Paylocity software is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the capacity to develop innovative solutions to HR challenges.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
