What You’ll Do:
- Support executive communication—internal and external
- Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and materials
- Keep confidential business info secure and act with sound judgment
- Project management and tracking
- Assist with special projects and HR-related coordination
- Ability to handle various administrative tasks and HR tasks while having financial awareness
- Represent the CEO professionally and authentically
Scheduling & Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, and follow up on action items
- Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings
- Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
- Ability to travel if necessary, but this role will be in the office each day
What You Bring:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A professional, trustworthy presence with a sense of urgency
- Flexibility to support leadership needs outside normal hours
