What You’ll Do:
  • Support executive communication—internal and external
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and materials
  • Keep confidential business info secure and act with sound judgment
  • Project management and tracking
  • Assist with special projects and HR-related coordination
  • Ability to handle various administrative tasks and HR tasks while having financial awareness
  • Represent the CEO professionally and authentically


Scheduling & Meeting Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, including agendas, and follow up on action items
  • Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings
  • Plan and book travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries
  • Ability to travel if necessary, but this role will be in the office each day
What You Bring:
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written, verbal communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A professional, trustworthy presence with a sense of urgency
  • Flexibility to support leadership needs outside normal hours
