What Youll Do:
- Adapt to the days needswhether helping with patients, coordinating office flow, or tackling unexpected challenges
- Act as a second set of hands for the doctor during procedures such as injections, blood draws, and more (training provided if needed)
- Train and educate patients on therapeutic exercises, movement patterns, and soft tissue techniques
- Step in as the decision-maker when the doctor is away
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance patient care and office functionality
- Be a key player in executing wellness initiatives and patient education
