WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- Provide orientation and health assessments for program participants, and evaluate and supervise programs.
- Create audience-focused written and verbal communication in a timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service in both one-on-one and group settings.
- Provide excellent customer service in-person, both in one-to-one and group settings. This may include gathering requirements and providing information to help resolve the stated need.
- Provide empathetic and nonjudgmental support to participants and assists with goal setting.
- Implement tasks and marketing for the promotion of Franciscan's health and wellness programs.
