WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Provide orientation and health assessments for program participants, and evaluate and supervise programs.
Create audience-focused written and verbal communication in a timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service in both one-on-one and group settings.
Provide excellent customer service in-person, both in one-to-one and group settings. This may include gathering requirements and providing information to help resolve the stated need.
Provide empathetic and nonjudgmental support to participants and assists with goal setting.
Implement tasks and marketing for the promotion of Franciscan’s health and wellness programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field required
1 year of health-related experience required
First Aid certification required
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) required within 90 days of hire
Health Coaching Certification required within 180 days of hire
