Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts, from sales and estimating to final execution.
- Oversee scheduling, field labor, and project cost control, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Build and maintain relationships with both external clients and internal teams (Engineering, Purchasing, Accounting, etc.).
- Develop and present proposals, contracts, and change orders.
- Mentor and train junior staff, and contribute to recruiting and coaching efforts.
- Actively participate in company meetings and contribute to improving technical and project management capabilities.
Position Requirements:
- BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5 years of experience managing projects from $50,000 to $25 million.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to develop new business and maintain client relationships.
- Must operate independently with high integrity and demonstrate leadership.
