As a Project Manager at SendCutSend, you will oversee the successful execution of diverse projects across various departments. This individual will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering initiatives that align with company goals. This position is onsite in Reno, Nevada, and candidates must reside in the area.

What you’ll do :

Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget

Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines

Monitor project progress, spot potential roadblocks, and come up with solutions to mitigate issues

Communication between departments to keep everyone aligned and in the loop

Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and reports

Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects based on company goals

Use project management tools to track and report performance

Engage with vendors and contractors, reviewing quotes, contracts to guide stakeholders during planning phases

Projects will range from planning installation of new equipment, new SendCutSend services, new manufacturing processes, and efforts to increase efficiencies

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related field preferred.

PMP certification is preferred

At least 3 years of hands-on project management experience

Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced setting

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Google Suite, MS Project, MS Office)

Ability to juggle projects while meeting deadlines

Problem-solving mindset with a knack for finding proactive solutions

Familiarity with manufacturing, marketing, software, compliance, or facilities and operations is a bonus.
