What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assembler position at FieldBridge Energy?
Location: Bartlesville, OK
Pay / Schedule: Day Shift: $18/hr., 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Evening Shift: $20/hr., 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM. 10 hours per day great opportunity for even more OT pay. At 50 hours per week and $20/hr., earn weekly paychecks of $1,100 gross.
Pre-employment: Background check (no felonies in the last 10 years), hair follicle drug test, urine analysis, HSD or GED.
Assemblers will accurately and efficiently assemble oilfield equipment, primarily artificial lift ESP pumps. They will use manual and power tools to ensure precise assembly while following technical specifications and quality standards. Their duties include verifying part conformity, troubleshooting assembly issues with engineering teams, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace to support efficient production.
