Pay / Schedule: $20/hr, 15/6 rotation, 12-hour shifts, 84-100 hours per week. At 84 hours per week, earn a weekly gross paycheck of $2,120.
The Bulk Plant Operator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe, timely, and efficient blending, mixing, and delivery of bulk products to wellsites. This position involves maintaining strict quality control, managing inventory and equipment, and upholding safety and environmental standards. The operator also supports training efforts and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:
Valid U.S. Driver's License
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Previous Bulk Plant Operations Experience
Ability to Blend and Mix Materials Accurately - Proficient in reading job programs, calculating quantities, and ensuring product quality.
