Responsibilities
- Excel at managing and filtering incoming calls
- Ensuring smooth scheduling
- Coordinating with the parts department on special-order parts
- Valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
- Willing to take and pass a background check
- Possess strong phone and computer skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
