Monday-Friday 7:30 AM - 4 PM and Rotating Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Excel at managing and filtering incoming calls
• Ensuring smooth scheduling
• Coordinating with the parts department on special-order parts

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines
• Willing to take and pass a background check
• Possess strong phone and computer skills 
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-focused mindset
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills
