Responsibilities
- Assist with appraising trades
- Writing up trades for reconditioning through workshop, following up with advisors and techs to manage best course of action for work to be done.
- Ensuring all preowned cars are kept clean and well presented in the showrooms, out front, and online
- Working service drive and appointments to find opportunities to purchase inventory
- Working auctions to find inventory
- Managing pricing and updating online, writing used vehicle descriptions
- Ensuring CPO requirements are met for inspections, advertising, and reporting
- Educating sales staff on available inventory
Qualifications
- Dealership management experience
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and work within a team environment
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a per-employment background check & drug screen
- Possess strong communication skills
- Must have a clean & valid driver’s license
