This is a Part-Time position and would include every other weekend.
Fieldstone at Chester Springs – the area’s newest senior living community that opened September 2024- is seeking compassionate individuals who are passionate about enhancing the lives of seniors. This is a great opportunity to be part of the team that welcomes the community’s first residents.
As the Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting guests, residents, and employees, managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages and providing information of a general nature.

General day to day responsibilities will include…
- Carrying out telephone answering, and reception duties as required.
- Taking complete messages with pertinent information and communicating messages to the intended recipient.
- Greeting residents and visitors. Answering inquiries and giving directions.
- Creating brochures for the marketing department.
- Updating the Resident Phone List and Roster and Move-In and Move-Out Register daily; Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
- Managing appointments for residents and family members such as but not limited to hairdresser, transportation, etc.
- Maintaining and keeping desk and entry area neat and organized.
- Organizing, distributing mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
- Maintaining resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
- Maintaining adherence to all company personnel policies and established operating policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
The right candidate should be a professional who will respond promptly to resident and visitor needs. This position requires interactions with guests, residents and staff in a courteous and friendly manner.
While we support continued learning and enrichment, and celebrate a culture that encourages learning new skills, there are base level requirements for this position that include but are not limited to:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
- One to three years customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
