Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned account executive who is motivated by the hunt. Our ideal match possesses strong consultative and transactional sales acumen, unparalleled work ethic, and connections in human resources and training and development, paired with a “Can-do” attitude.
The candidate will be responsible for tasks including, but not limited to :
- Build and maintain a pipeline of new business in the small / medium business sector.
- Daily prospecting activity.
- Ability to navigate a complex B2B sale
- Provide accurate forecast in a timely fashion.
- Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met continuously.
- Daily notes and activity reported in Salesforce and Outreach
- Partner with internal Fierce Support Partners.
- Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
