Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. The Quality Inspector is responsible for inspecting and testing products and overseeing operations for Fierce Firearms to ensure they meet production standards:
Duties:
· Establishing quality standards for products Fierce Firearms products
· Reading blueprints and specifications to ensure that meet production standards.
· Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes to production processes
· Inspects and approves incoming materials by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.

· Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
· Using inspection equipment such as Calipers, micrometers, Comparators to measure products. Knowledge of CMM operation would be desired.
· Removing products that don’t meet production standards and recommending strategies to improve product quality.
· Accepting or rejecting finished products and discussing inspection results with the production team
· Assist in establishing inspections methods on random features of a part design
Qualification/Skills:

Experience:
· High school diploma.
· Experience with quality control techniques.
· Experience with measuring devices such as meters, gauges, computers, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
· One to two years’ quality inspector experience.
Pay Dependent on Experience.
