Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Party Rentals Coordinator. This role involves managing the logistics of party rentals, ensuring that all equipment is set up and functioning properly for events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for events management and hospitality, with a focus on providing excellent guest services to ensure memorable experiences for our clients.

Duties

• Coordinate the setup and breakdown of party rental equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and decorations.
• Manage inventory of rental items and ensure all equipment is clean and in good condition.
• Assist clients in selecting appropriate rental items based on their event needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with event staff to ensure smooth operation during events.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to rentals.
• Support public speaking engagements during events as needed to guide guests through activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, especially when working with children or aquatic equipment if applicable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in events management or hospitality is preferred.
• Strong cash handling skills are essential for managing transactions effectively.
• Experience working with children or in roles such as lifeguarding is a plus.
• Excellent public speaking abilities to engage with guests and facilitate activities.
• Background in food service or guest services will be beneficial in enhancing client interactions.
• Familiarity with theater production or resort operations can provide an advantage in understanding event dynamics.
• A positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

• Day shift

• Morning shift
• Night shift
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
