We are seeking a Store Sales Manager to join our team!
You are responsible for ensuring all day-to-day activities are efficiently managed and that you and your team actively engage with the community, representing our agency to prospects and clients alike.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly sales goals by driving new business policies
- Supervise/ Manage daily activities of your team
- Scheduling
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Expand business reach through networking techniques
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Store upkeeping
- Call backs and follow ups with existing clientele
Qualifications:
- Department of Insurance License required
- Tax experience
- Experience with computers (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Bi-lingual English and Spanish)
- Prior Customer Service experience
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Ability to have a flexible schedule
- Reliable source of transportation

Pay: $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
