THE POSITION
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of Guest Operations, the Key Guests Monitoring Manager will be a key member of the FIFA Club World Cup 25 Guest Operations team. This role will be responsible for maintaining a strategic overview of the key FIFA Guest groups across the FIFA Club World Cup 25™. Further, this role will oversee the implementation of the operational plans for seamless provision of integrated event services (e.g., travel, transport, accommodation, hospitality) to the key FIFA guest groups.
The main responsibilities and oversight of the Key Guests Monitoring Manager for the FIFA Club World Cup 25™ include:
- Assure all Services are booked and in place for L1/L2 Guest itineraries.
- Ensure all changes to guest itineraries have been approved and reflected in data systems used by services.
- Monitor the status of guest journeys during the arrival and departures to the tournament, designated matches, and FIFA Linked events.
- Support resolution of issues impacting the guest journey.
- Collaborating with the guest operations team to deliver a fully integrated guest experience ensuring consistent quality levels and seamless provision of all guests related services putting the VIP/VVIP's needs in the center of attention.
- Collaborating in ensuring management of VIP/VVIP Guests is according to agreed operational plans.
- Drafting accurate and timely progress reports for the line manager as well as attending assigned meetings.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

- Bachelors or Masters' Degree in Management, Sport Management/Business, Marketing & Communications, Hospitality ideal.
- Willingness to work outside core working hours (e.g. online workshops accommodating different time zones).
- 5 Years Hospitality and Guest Management Experience, with Project Management and Operational Experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in event operations and specifically with guest operations, accommodations and hospitality as well as related event services; knowledge of its respective methodologies, planning and controlling tools.
- Experience of managing end-to-end V/VIP hospitality programs at major sporting events.
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience with international or large-scale events is highly desirable.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Strong project management and operational coordination skills.
