THE POSITION
These are your key tasks :
- Reviewing and drafting procurement and supplier contracts, NDAs and Memoranda of Understanding
- Providing contractual legal advice and support across all functional areas of FIFA engaged in procurement
- Assisting with the formation, maintenance and dissolution of FIFA’s subsidiaries, branches and regional offices
- Collaborating with other members of the Corporate Legal team and with external counsel to manage legal disputes, litigation and arbitration
- Conducting legal research on diverse legal issues
- Providing advice to internal stakeholders regarding FIFA’s internal governance provisions and ensuring robust compliance with processes and directives
- Supporting other members of the Corporate Legal team, in particular the Head of Corporate Legal
