JOB SUMMARY
The Market Sales Representative is responsible for the execution of distributor, chain and on-premise accounts and trade marketing programs at the store level for an assigned market. As a brewery field sales representative, the MSR is expected to be an authority on product knowledge, brand positioning, and programming in the marketplace. You will execute chain activity in territory, grow brands and SKUs in key accounts, and build relationships with wholesalers. This role drives trade market execution and promotes and educates the market with brands.
LOCATION: Applicants must reside within 30 miles of Reading, PA
TERRITORY: Reading, Allentown, Lancaster, and Scranton areas.

ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Increase availability and visibility of FIFCO USA brands by ensuring best-in-class execution of trade programs within each account
- Partner with wholesaler sales representatives to grow volume, presence, and influence in the trade
- Execute brand strategy at the point of connection with the consumer
- Drive business to achieve KPIs assigned to market
- Promotions to drive consumer engagement and product trial
- Organized and self managed to complete task for wholesaler and market manager in a timely manner
- Sell in and deliver pos to key accounts
- Manage company dollars in best use for ROI
- Sell in items and chain gaps at store level
EDUCATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must hold a valid driver’s license without any alcohol-related offenses
- Ability to work nights and weekend if needed
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to lift 35 lb. cases, 165 lb. kegs and various point-of-sale boxes on a regular basis

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $52,200 – 78,300/year, not including benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at FIFCO USA, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. In addition, we also believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to enable future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous benefits package!
