Role : 360 Recruitment Consultant - Life Sciences

Location : Chicago

Salary : $50K - $60K base uncapped bonus

They are vertical market specialists and focus on recruiting high-caliber candidates within Life Sciences. They are an ambitious business and are growing rapidly in each of their 7 locations and currently expanding their life sciences team in NYC AND Chicago. They have award-winning L&D programs at all levels and are currently ranked in inside the top 10 agencies in the US.

The role :

This highly successful Life Sciences division is looking for an experienced 360 consultant. This high-performing team covers permanent recruitment into Pharmaceutical, Bio-Tech, and Medical Devices companies globally. They have strong relationships with their clients in the US and have been transacting in this space for almost 10 years. You will be focusing specifically on sales / marketing roles into LS organizations. This is a great opportunity for quick progression into a management position.

The person :

The right person for this role MUST have the following;

• Ideally 3 years of recruitment experience in a 360-recruitment environment
• Experience in bringing in new clients / business development.
• Proven track record in sales and billings
• Strong work ethic
• Good relationship-building skills
• Ambitious, goal-oriented mindset
• Experience within the US Life Sciences / , medical market.
• Ability to manage time effectively
