Role: Perm Manager/Team Leader - Full desk division
Location: Denver
Salary: $85-90,000 base Individual Commission Quarterly team override
My client is looking for a Billing Team Leader/Manager to take over a team of 3 (all full desk).

- Strong commission structure - no draw and pays up to 40%

The Role:
- Taking over a team of 3 billing consultants - who are all 6-12 months experience, but have already done their own 360 deals
- Warm client base with established relationships to pick up from day 1
- Sustainability focused
- All permanent/direct hire positions
- Average fees $25k per placement
- Working with IPP's, EPC's
- Billing leadership position to grow the current team further as well as client expansion
- HUGE opportunity to bill $500k year 1 and double the team size and revenue
The Person:
- Must have worked full desk recruitment OR client side
- Leadership experience is essential - if not direct management then mentorship
- Must have worked the perm/direct hire market
- Open to sector
- Must be Denver based - 4 days a week in office
- Someone who is process driven and has a clear recipe for success
Salary : $85,000 - $90,000
