Job Overview
The primary mission and role of the Marketing Director is to:
The Marketing Director is responsible for assisting the Media Director in tasks that are essential to the function and success of their job. Some of these tasks include:
- providing creative marketing ideas
- developing and selling church merchandise
- creation of marketing materials
- merchandising
- creation of social media posts
- designing graphics
- assisting with interior designs projects and print/prepare worship guides weekly (with additions when necessary).
This individual will commit to a consistent schedule every week that we provide.
The Marketing Director will be reports to the Executive Pastor and works at the pleasure of the Senior Pastor.
A formal mid-year and annual evaluation will be conducted twice a year to evaluate job performance.
The Marketing Director is required to be in Sunday Morning Worship.
The Marketing Director may also be expected to work/prepare for additional church functions throughout the year.
Time off is to be arranged with the Pastors with at least two weeks’ notice for anticipated absences.
The Marketing Director is responsible for task completion when planning to be absent.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
