Position Responsibilities/Duties
- Welcome all guests by greeting guests courteously and consistently.
- Clear and cleans tables to ensure the table is ready for the next guest and transport bus trays to the back of the house for cleaning.
- Reset tables with silverware and napkins.
- Set condiments according to table set up.
- Pre-bus tables while guests are in service, clear away dirty and unwanted dishes from the tables.
- Replenish wares inside the station.
- Clean and maintain beverage equipment.
- Clean front of the house areas.
- Clean assigned sections at the end of shift.
- Assist server with delivery of food.
- Provide enthusiastic, outstanding guest service at all times.
- Maintains knowledge of various hotel outlets, hours of operation, and safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through responsiveness to guest needs.
- Maintain a well-groomed neat and clean appearance, carrying out duties with attention to sanitation safety.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Six months previous experience.
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service, communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and handle frequent interruptions.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
- Must be able to comprehend all information and documentation.
- Prolonged periods of standing.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Ability to work in an environment that is subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke.
- Follow all safety procedures as established by the company.
