Key Responsibilities:
Create memorable customer experiences by building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective customers through proactive outreach efforts.

Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and reinforce the value of current and new technology.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of customer service experience or a college degree.
Experience in sales is required, while experience in the financial industry is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to develop comfort with new household acquisitions and deepening customer relationships.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to analyze credit and financial information, making sound decisions.
This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
