As a Sales Representative at FWF, you'll build and manage your own book of business, handling clients' transportation needs 24/7/365.
This position provides paid training, hands-on sales experience, and direct exposure to leadership.
You'll have the opportunity to choose one of two distinct career tracks after completing our comprehensive training program:
- Inside Sales Track: Perfect for those who thrive in a high-energy team environment. You'll develop deep industry expertise and lasting client partnerships in our corporate headquarters.
- Sales Destination Track: Designed for entrepreneurial spirits craving freedom and new challenges. Relocate and work remotely in emerging FWF markets, building your territory from the ground up and accelerating your career through outside sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining a robust book of business through cold-calling and lead generation
- Owning the sales cycle end-to-end, from lead generation through close
- Providing consultative transportation solutions to prospective and current clients
- Building long-lasting client relationships that drive referrals and lead to further sales opportunities
