Digital Marketing
Primary responsibilities/accountabilities:
Marketing:
- In-house Brand Representative by overseeing social media accounts
- Creating social media campaigns and calls-to-action that drive target buyers to client sites and generate leads
- Maintains online relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relations programs
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Initiate/coordinate and organize collaborations
- Implements merchandise presentation and promotion maximize reach
- Pursue add’l avenues of market reach and further develop brand identity
- Develops new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data
- Produces regular email newsletters
Primary responsibilities/accountabilities:
Digital Marketing:
- Create and Schedule posts/stories/reels on all social media platforms (4-6 per week)
- Introduce and develops new approaches for increased following and engagement, as well as market development (ex: Pinterest, youtube...etc)
- SEO optimization
Email:
- Plan weekly email campaigns to serve our existing subscribers, as well as generate a loyal base following and purchase conversions
Photography:
- Capture and Coordinate content for posts and across other platforms.
Summary
As a Marketing and Social Media Specialist, you will be instrumental in enhancing our brand presence and engaging with our audience across various platforms. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will leverage your core skills in social media marketing and relationship management to create compelling content and manage our online community. Your premium skills in SEO, graphic design, and public relations will be essential in driving our marketing initiatives. Additionally, your relevant skills in digital marketing and web analytics will support our overall strategy, ensuring that we effectively reach and resonate with our target market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media marketing and management
- Strong relationship management skills
- Proficiency in SEO and social listening
- Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Experience with Canva and Mailchimp
- Ability to create engaging content and manage public relations
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including Facebook Advertising and e-commerce
- Strong graphic design and video editing skills
- Excellent proofreading and branding capabilities
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 12 per week
Schedule:
- Weekends as needed
