Your Role:
- Lead a value-added, consultative engagement strategy for existing advisors, implementing effective solutions to drive organic growth and retention.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the RIA, IBD, and IAR models, as well as key industry challenges and opportunities within these segments.
- Cross-organizational collaboration is essential to identify and facilitate key resources, resolve issues, drive adoption of key platform capabilities, and optimize the overall advisor experience.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, social events, and other client/prospect engagement opportunities to raise brand awareness and develop positioning with target audiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relationship management and/or consulting experience in the RIA/Wealth Management Industry, with a proven track record of success.
- 5 years of investment industry experience.
- Securities License: 65, 66, or 7.
- CFP preferred but not required.
- In-depth knowledge of the RIA and/or IAR models and economics, as well as key industry challenges and opportunities within these segments.
- Knowledge of insurance and other commission-based solutions.
