**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled relationship management and/or consulting professional to join our team as a VP-Advisor Consulting. This role will report directly to our SVP of Sales and Relationship Management.
In this advisor-facing position, you will collaborate closely with the firm's Leadership Team and all functional areas (Sales/Marketing, Compliance, Trading & Investments, and Operations) to deliver a world-class advisor experience and optimize organic growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a value-added, consultative engagement strategy for our existing advisors.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the RIA, IBD, and IAR models, as well as key industry challenges and opportunities within these segments.
- Proven ability to consult at the executive level, deliver strategic solutions, drive engagement, and incremental growth.
- Cross-functional collaboration across various departments to identify and facilitate key resources, resolve issues, drive adoption of key platform capabilities, and optimize the overall advisor experience.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, social events, and other client/prospect engagement opportunities to raise brand awareness and develop positioning with target audiences.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of relationship management and/or consulting experience in the RIA/Wealth Management Industry with a proven track record of success.
- 5 years of investment industry experience.
- Securities License: 65, 66, or 7.
- CFP preferred but not required.
