3PL KPI Operations Performance Supervisor

Are you a candidate that appreciates working in the business while working on the business? At FIJI Water, we are seeking a 3PL KPI Operations Performance Supervisor who can blend internal capabilities with external perspectives and create new initiatives that demonstrate breakthrough thinking.

As the 3PL KPI Operations Performance Supervisor, you will report to the FIJI/Justin Director of Distribution Operations, where you'll have an opportunity to own, control or influence the strategy for FIJI Logistics, Manufacturing, and Warehousing operations. You'll lead CAPEX development, analytics, and field support of the operating budget. You'll also have exposure to FIJI and The Wonderful Company's Supply Chain leadership team and have the opportunity to use your creative and analytical skillset to solve strategic issues for the supply chain function.

A Day In The Life At FIJI Water:

• Lead, design, and deliver analysis-driven, actionable supply chain network and distribution center projects using Lean, Six Sigma and Industrial engineering methodologies.
• Design KPI models and use optimization techniques to answer strategic operational questions and perform material flow designs using Operations Research and Discrete Event Simulation techniques (NET OPS).
• Collaborate with the FIJI IT organization in designing/configuring complex supply chain and distribution IT applications to drive operational efficiencies and implement the developed solutions in distribution centers.
• Proactively analyze Quality & Operations performance data and perform research on latest optimization techniques and supply chain technologies for driving projects to move FIJI Water distribution centers into a best in the class model.
• Participate in Annual Operating plan as well maintaining financial processes that ensure we achieve the goals. Forecasting, trend analysis, gap analysis, best practice sharing, WOW system management.
• Evaluate business unit capabilities, skills, and resource alignment to ensure performance against objectives. Lead realignment and work redesign efforts as necessary to provide executional excellence
• Develop team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
• Lead the identification and elimination of losses resulting in improvements in costs, inventory, time and quality

Your Contribution to FIJI Water:

• Lean Six Sigma Experience preferred, demonstrated by successful completion of a major improvement project
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Preferably in engineering, business, operations management, or a similar field
• Demonstrated leadership in safety & environmental compliance
• Strong innovative external focus with a proven ability to affect sustainable change
• Strong influence management and communication skills, ability to gain organizational buy-in
• COVID vaccination will be required for this position unless candidate has a legally valid exemption
