Job Responsibilities :

  • Handling inbound customer inquiries
  • Processing orders and payments
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Ensuring service standards are met
  • Expediting orders and shipments
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Participating in training sessions to enhance customer service skills
  • Assisting in the development of customer service policies and procedures

Job Requirements :

  • Will be working across software platforms (e-commerce, ERP, CRM)
  • Proficiency with grammar and sentence structure.
  • Proficiency in order entry and processing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to different customer personalities and situations
  • Knowledge of product offerings and industries served
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience in handling escalated customer issues and finding satisfactory resolutions
  • Ability to provide a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Shrepoint, TEAMS, etc.)
