Location: Aurora, OR Pay: $19/hour

Are you a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in creating a clean and organized workspace? Filbert's Farmhouse Kitchen is looking for a part-time Dishwasher to join our vibrant team! This role is a cornerstone in maintaining the cleanliness and smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring an excellent dining experience for our guests.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, organize, and inventory dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment.
• Keep kitchen areas spotless, including floors, refrigerators, and workstations.
• Manage plate inventory and proper storage of all kitchen items.
• Operate and clean dishwashing equipment efficiently.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with dishwasher operation (preferred).
• Ability to work in high heat and moisture conditions.
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.

Requirements

• Possession of Food Handler's Card

Physical Requirements

• Standing/Walking: 6-8 hours per shift.
• Crouching/Bending/Stooping; Reaching; Grasping: 3-6 hours per shift.
• Pushing/Pulling; Lifting/Carrying (up to 50 lbs.): 1-3 hours per shift.
• Sitting; Climbing Stairs: Up to 1 hour per shift.
