We are embarking on an exciting transformation, redefining our brand to align with our vision for the future. As the Director of Brand and Digital Experience, you will lead the development and execution of a compelling brand identity and digital experience strategy that resonates across all touchpoints. This role blends brand strategy, creative leadership, and digital experience, ensuring our company’s brand voice, design, and messaging align with business goals. You’ll drive brand storytelling, creative execution, and user experience design, overseeing both the in-house creative team and external agencies to create a distinctive and cohesive brand presence.

Qualifications:
  • 7 years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, or digital experience management.
  • Experience using data and KPIs to drive productivity, positively impact conversion rates, and inform new strategies.
  • Proven track record of leading rebrands, product positioning, and marketing execution.
  • Strong expertise in visual branding, storytelling, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience with product naming, brand architecture, and multi-product branding.
  • Ability to inspire, develop, and manage creative teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with product, UX, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience overseeing complex initiatives from concept to execution.
  • A passion for innovation and creating brand experiences that resonate with customers.


Responsibilites
  • Brand Strategy & Vision:
  • Define and implement a long-term brand strategy that supports business objectives.
  • Lead brand architecture development, including product hierarchy, naming conventions, and messaging frameworks.
  • Develop a unified brand identity across digital, print, social, events, and experiential channels.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and optimize brand perception.
  • Creative Leadership & Execution:
  • Oversee the development of brand assets, including logos, typography, color palettes, voice, and brand guidelines.
  • Lead a team of designers, copywriters, videographers, digital experience professionals, web developers, and free lancers to execute engaging and high-impact campaigns.
  • Manage creative processes from concept to execution, ensuring quality, consistency, and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of trends in design, branding, and digital experience to keep the company at the forefront of industry best practices.
  • Digital Experience & User Engagement
  • Develop and implement strategies that enhance the digital customer journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging brand experience and optimizing for conversion.
  • Optimize the website, marketing materials, and product experiences to align with lead conversion, brand messaging and positioning in mind.Work closely with product and UX teams to integrate branding with product design and user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Go-to-Market Execution
  • Act as a strategic partner to marketing, product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
  • Oversee the launch and promotion of branding initiatives, ensuring effective internal and external communication.
  • Lead efforts to introduce the brand to internal teams, customers, and the broader market.
