Job Description Job Description Position : Entry-Level Production Worker (Day Shift)Shift Hours : 5 : 30 AM - 4 : 15 PM (Monday - Thursday)Location : Fill Right Packaging, 1074 Hwy C, New Haven, MO 63068About Fill Right Packaging : Fill Right Packaging is a contract bottle-filling company with over 25 years of experience. Privately owned and based in New Haven, Missouri, we specialize in manufacturing products for various industries, including EPA-registered disinfectants, automotive products, pesticides, household cleaning items, and specialty cleaning products.Responsibilities : Perform production line work for the assembly of household cleaning products.Ensure product quality by following standard operating procedures.Maintain a steady workflow on the production line for a 10-hour shift.Work in various production areas with minimal supervision, including potential line relocation.Adhere to all safety rules (e.g., wearing safety glasses or other protective gear).Follow plant / work rules and supervisor instructions.Lift and move finished products up to 50 pounds.Perform repetitive physical tasks, including lifting, bending, twisting, and stooping.Perform repetitive hand, wrist, and arm movements.Complete other production tasks as directed by the supervisor.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Starting Pay : $18 per hour, paid weekly on Fridays.
