Operations Management
- Lead and coach area supervisors responsible for the performance of the field service team.
- Ensure shifts and functions are staffed to meet work volume demands.
- Approve PTO and ensure route coverage during absences.
- Oversee smooth, on-time operations aligned with quality standards.
- Develop and implement policies to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure facilities and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Coordinate repairs and prioritize downtime reduction.
- Coach and support field service teams for high performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
- Promote a culture aligned with AFS Core Values and focus on employee retention.
- Ensure timely completion of employee reviews and training.
- Create and execute strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify process improvements and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues quickly and effectively.
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions.

Requirements:
- Reside within the Pittsburgh metropolitan area
- Proven experience in operations management, ideally in a service-based industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and retention.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and making data-driven decisions.
- Ability to travel and spend up to 25% of time in nearby territories.
- Valid driver’s license and clean background check
