Salary: $60-80k

Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist who will manage projects related to marketplace growth, advertising optimization, content creation, promotional strategy, and other miscellaneous marketing-related activities. Primary Responsibilities:

• Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement across new and existing sales channels
• Monitor key performance metrics, conduct in-depth analysis, and identify trends to optimize retailer and marketplace initiatives as well as new opportunities for innovation
• Develop and execute new strategies to drive online growth by increasing brand awareness, acquiring new customers, and strengthening brand loyalty
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to produce creative assets, support logistical concerns, manage account health, and test new programs
• Assist with the growth of existing sales channels through content optimization, ad management, and promotional strategy
• Drive marketplace expansion by onboarding, integrating, and managing the Filterbuy catalog across all relevant platforms
• Research opportunities for investment into new product lines and help bring those concepts to market from creative development to post-launch support
• Support the launch and all subsequent marketing-related efforts of our retail debut in Walmart stores and other future retail or marketplace expansions

Day to Day Tasks:

• Assist with management of Amazon catalog (content optimization, ad management, promotional strategy, price adjustments)
• Identify opportunities for iterative growth on all channels through competitor research, A/B testing, and implementation of new strategies to retain or acquire customers
• Partner with marketing teams to develop relevant creative assets
• Optimize content and manage day to day execution on existing marketplaces such as eBay, Wayfair, and Walmart
• Develop and implement strategies to gain traction on social marketplaces such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok
• Utilize all available advertising and promotional tools to drive growth on each platform
• Manage discovery, onboarding, integration, and growth of new marketplaces
• Assist with the introduction of new product lines on each marketplace
• Assist with retail compliance, management, operations, marketing, and fulfillment
• Work on specialized marketing-related projects as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Experience selling on online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc.)
• Experience improving performance on e-commerce platforms
• Experience manipulating content for large product catalogs
• Experience with paid search advertising on multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Google, Microsoft)
• Experience with market research and competitor analysis
• Experience with copywriting and search engine optimization
• Ability to interpret data and make actionable insights based on findings
• Ability to use creative thinking to introduce new ideas and improve on current processes
• Ability to solve problems and learn new skills
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized while maintaining a high attention to detail
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to use Google Suite, Dropbox, Slack, Asana and other standard applications
