Scope of the Role: The Digital & Ecommerce Communications Specialist
will coordinate digital marketing and e-commerce initiatives to support the overall marketing strategy for Industrial Solutions (IS) Healthcare at DuPont. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to, website maintenance, website analytics/technical audits, SEO/PPC management, written content creation, e-commerce maintenance and market analysis.
This role will collaborate with marketing communications team, commercial team members and external vendors to ensure the execution of marketing strategies that support overall business objectives.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support our overall marketing strategy for IS Healthcare
- Manage digital projects from initial intake and scoping throughout completion
- Accountable for all ongoing website maintenance for IS Healthcare
- Support and execute PPC and SEO optimization plans for website and e-commerce website with assistance from digital partner and Digital Manager
- Responsible for website content creation, based upon business strategy and digital marketing vendor recommendations
- Optimize website content and structure for search engine optimization (SEO)
- Enhancing webstore offerings to support e-commerce strategy and market trends; Coordinating with our sites to create an e-commerce inventory for new and existing products to support identified objectives and trends
- Analyze and understand website and e-commerce metrics through effective measurement tools and dashboards
- Provide website recommendations for improvement and take corrective steps upon approval
- Partner with digital marketing vendors to improve overall digital presence and website performance
- Perform market analysis and research on target markets and competition.

Qualifications
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of experience in digital marketing or relevant marketing role
- Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Organization, planning and goal setting capabilities
- Proven success working with cross-functional teams to achieve results
- Ability to travel in support of corporate meetings and facility visits (5-10%)
- Umbraco, WordPress, Google Analytics, Shopify and CMS platform experience or adept in learning marketing systems and tools quickly
- Understanding of content marketing, ecommerce, marketing automation, and SEO
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative platforms (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Ability to work remotely with successful productivity
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects and competing priorities
Reporting:
- The Digital & Ecommerce Communications Specialist will report directly to the Global Communications and Digital Manager
