Salary:$115-120k
Filterbuy, a leader in the air quality and manufacturing world, is seeking an experienced IT Supervisor to oversee and support the day-to-day technology operations at Filterbuy. The IT Supervisor will ensure the availability, security, and performance of critical IT infrastructure, provide technical support to end users, manage technology projects, and help drive continuous improvement within the IT function. This role will report at our Ogden, UT location 5 days a week.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily IT operations and support requests
- Oversee maintenance of network, server, and desktop environments
- Supervise and mentor IT support staff
- Implement and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security practices
- Manage IT assets, software licensing and hardware procurement
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for escalated support and projects
- Lead small to mid-sized IT projects and technology upgrades
- Provide training and technical guidance to end users
- Ensure business continuity and support disaster recovery plans
Required skills and qualifications:
- 3 years of IT experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows and MacOS Device Management, Networking, MDM and RMM Solutions, Linux Servers
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
Preferred:
- 3 years supervisory or senior technical support experience
- CompTIA A , Network , Security , Microsoft certifications
- Familiarity with Atera, Jira Service Management, MosyleMDM, Ubiquiti networking
