FilterPro USA has grown from a small air filtration service shop into a full-scale Air Filtration Manufacturing and IAQ Distribution, Consulting, and Service company selling and installing high-demand products that create healthier indoor environments. We currently operate from our corporate headquarters in Florence, AL and distribution points located throughout the Eastern United States. We are growing rapidly and seeking high caliber professionals to join our team. Specifically, we are looking for a Business Development Manager who will leverage his / her experience , knowledge, logistical and analytical expertise to grow the company's revenue .

What You Will Be Selling
FilterPro IAQ, through strategic supplier partnerships such as Mann Hummel and FP Filtration, sells air filter services and products directly to industrial, commercial, and retail businesses who prioritize indoor air quality and HVAC preventive maintenance. School systems, government municipalities, manufacturing facilities, large industrial facilities, hospitals, retail chain stores are examples of our customer base. We sell full turn-key Air Filtration Preventive Maintenance service contracts utilizing systems such as the XPi ® Pleat Platform, Direct Filter Sales relationships when customers need filters, and our Just-In-Time filter delivery program called Stock2Dock®.

Quantitatively : The goal of business developmen t is to increase customer appetite for our products and services, and to bridge the gap between our offerings and their needs. In summary, it is to increase top line revenue and margin by selling our products and services.
Job Responsibilities
- Work proactively and reactively with Management and Operational team-members to develop sales and marketing strategies that highlight the company's capabilities.
- Regularly present to Management and Operation team leaders the status and results of opportunities, plans, tactics, ideas, roadblocks, best practices, etc.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new sales leads that align with identified FilterPro Standard Business Processes.
- Meet and / or exceed all monthly / quarterly / annual individual and team quotas and other key performance metrics.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects. Assist Operations team with presentations as needed.
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company service offerings.
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects.
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers through appropriate in person and virtual communications and activities.
- Effectively close leads by following all sales processes completely and thoroughly.
- Communicate customer and prospect successes and concerns to appropriate departments internally.
- Complete all steps of the customer onboarding process every time to ensure internal teams are prepared to provide prompt and correct service.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort.
