Office Assistant
Schedule:
- Mon to Fri
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm - 30 mins. of paid lunch break included.
- No weekends, no overnight shift
- Working from home on short notice can be allowed
Primary tasks:
- Input purchase orders in our ERP system
- Enter customer orders accurately
- Enter customer orders promptly
- Provide shipping department paperwork
- Input warehouse receipts in our ERP system
- Manage/process all backorders, including related reporting
- Customer Service
- Answer phone calls and customer service questions
- Other office-related duties as assigned
Competencies/Skills Required
- Ability to work with little or no supervision
- High Attention to Detail
- Strong Communication skills and Teamwork
- Proficient in Microsoft Office environment (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Good keyboarding skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills β both written and oral
- Manage multiple tasks and orders
- Problem analysis and resolution skills
- Good understanding to the value of customer relations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,300.00 per month
